Numi's newest way to display and serve flowering teas, the Flowering Tea Velvet Chest is an elegant gift and an exquisite showcase of Numi's Flowering Tea collection.

This dark mahogany wood box, lined with velvet, includes Starlight Rose, Emerald Sun, Flower Jewel and Midnight Peony, for a total of 14 bundles that can be steeped up to 3 times each. The clear glass top, etched with the Numi logo provides a beautiful presentation of the tea bundles. Unwrap the tea bundles, and dazzle your guests with this beautiful Flowering Tea presentation at your next dinner party!

Complete brewing and care instructions included

  • Start with cold water. Heat water to a preboil. 175-185 degrees or when the water begins to steam. Place one presentation tea in a 12-16 oz cup or small teapot and add prepared hot water. Allow to steep until fully opened.

  • If you wish, you may remove the tea or just leave it in your cup. Add more hot water and enjoy a second cup. Each tied tea yields 1-2 cups of tea and can be brewed twice. The leaves will mostly stay intact.
