Important Information
Trackable Packages:
All UPS, and US Post Office Express Mail are Trackable. Priority Mail has Delivery Confirmation Status. Tracking or Delivery Confirmation is not available for APO/Military, Canada and International mail.
Track Your Package:
Tracking numbers are used by UPS and USPS Express Mail to identify and trace every package as it moves through the the delivery system to its destination. Packages are scanned at acceptance, in transit, and at delivery.
UPS and USPS Express Mail automatically assigns a tracking number to your package. Use this number to track, locate, and verify the arrival of your package, as well as other details.
Enter the UPS tracking number provided in your Shipping Confirmation, then select "Track Package(s)". The status of your package will be displayed. You will see where your package is and if it has been delivered, you will see who signed for it as well as the time of delivery.
The US Postal Service will have an initial and a delivery confirmation scan, but will not have a scan from every location during transit. To check on the delivery status of your mailing, enter your Delivery Confirmation number provided in your Shipping Confirmation. Please be sure to enter all letters and numbers exactly as they appear.
International Shipping: We ship as quickly as possible, often the next business day after your order is received. Once the package reaches your Customs Department delivery is through Your postal system. When your postal service receives your package, it will make the necessary delivery arrangements.
Actual delivery times from your local post office varies widely. Delays in delivery are usually due to custom/import duties or to local postal guidelines. While these factors make it difficult for us to estimate when you will receive delivery of your international order, most of our international customers report receiving delivery of their order one to two weeks after placing it.
Package Tracking is not available for international orders. Please check with your local post office if the package has not arrived after 2 weeks, if it has cleared customs, they may have it there for you to sign for.

Information: We cannot be responsible for packages delayed due to weather, incorrect package routing, incorrect addresses or if the receiver is not available upon delivery. If an order must be reshipped, a reshipping fee may apply.
