Tigo Filter Cup is not just a cup – it’s the all-in-one way to drink loose leaf tea at home, at the office, or on the go. You know that loose tea is better tasting and more healthful than bagged tea. But with a separate tea strainer it’s anything but convenient. Carefully infusing the leaves and cleaning out the strainer without making a dripping wet mess – maybe a minor nuisance at home, but at work or on the go you can forget about it. With Tigo it’s a different story.

Tigo is a handy 6.75” tall, 2.5” in diameter, and holds 10 fluid ounces. Virtually unbreakable, scratchproof and leakproof. Tigo is designed to stand up to your busy lifestyle.
The ideal water temperature is 175°F or 80°C. The hot water spouts on most coffee makers and office water coolers are at about this temperature.
Washing the cup is a snap; all you have to do is rinse it with tap water. You don’t have to use dish soap, but if you choose to, be sure to rinse very thoroughly. The body of the cup is dishwasher safe, but it is never recommended to put Tigo in the dishwasher, as it can damage the rotation mechanism.
Tigo is partially made of metal and cannot go in the microwave.
