How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?
  • Treat the purchase of a LollySmith Gift Certificate as you would any gift item in our shop.

  • Select a $10.00, $25.00, $50.00, $75.00, or $100.00 Gift Certificate. If you would like to give a gift of $20.00, $35.00, $60.00, $150.00 etc., simply purchase more Gift Certificates in the denominations you require.

  • Click 'Add to Cart' and you will be taken to our 'Show Order' page. There you may proceed to Check Out or choose to Keep Shopping.

  • When you are finished shopping choose to Check Out. You will be brought to a page where you can enter the name and email address of your gift certificate recipient, you may enter you personal message there as well.


How soon will my recipient receive my Gift Certificate?

The Gift Certificate will be emailed to the receipient immediately after placing your order.

Can I include a personal message with my Gift Certificate?

We'll include your personal message, authorization number and information to help them redeem your gift certificate.

Do I have to pay shipping charges or tax on a Gift Certificate I purchase?

No shipping charges or tax is charged when purchasing a Gift Certificate. Applicable sales tax (for PA. residents only) will be charged when paying for a purchase with gift certificates.

Anything else I need to know?

Gift certificates are non-transferable and must be redeemed through our Web site, www.LollySmith.Com, toward the purchase of products shown in our online store.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Any unused certificate balance will be credited back to the recipient's credit card.

The balance due on an order that exceeds the gift certificate amount must be paid by receipient's credit card.

Gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue.

We regret that we cannot replace lost or stolen certificates.

How to Redeem Your Certificate:

    Here's how to use a Yahoo! Store gift certificate:

  • You can browse or search for an item from our shop you want to buy.

  • Once you've selected your gift, click on checkout.

  • On the Shipping Form, you'll see a field that says "Enter the Coupon or Gift Certificate Code." Make sure that you enter the complete gift certificate code. It must start with the "@" sign.

  • If you have more than one gift certificate for a particular store, you can enter all of the codes separated by commas.

  • If you have enough funds on the gift certificate to cover the cost of your order you won't be required to enter any credit card information.

  • If you don't have enough funds on your gift certificate to cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance by credit card.
